Founded by Andrew J. Vecchio, Laniakea was built on direct experience in capital formation and negotiated transactions. The firm was created to provide disciplined structuring, thoughtful execution, and relationship-driven partnership — not just introductions.

Every deal we close a percentage of revenue goes to our NPO partner, One Tree Planted, in an effort to help with global reforestation.
